I know this one has a weird name and does not pay as much as hits 4 pay, but for those who have a website and want to referr people they have a 10 teir affiliate program. This means as your referr people and they referr people you will get paid 10 levels down.

Ava Mail

Another really good make money to read email website. These guys have a solid affiliate program worth investing time in and pay a few cents per email read.

Gain Pay

The reason this one is the last is because it has the lowest payout. The only reason that I even have it on my website is for the webmasters since like donkey mails there is a 10 level affiliate program. Great for those good at getting sign ups under them.
